WoW Survivors
The browser game
Azeroth Survivors by Aethus runs at wow.aethus.pl. It is free, uses WebGPU, and is the project with the patch log at v0.120.5. If you want to play without launching retail WoW, start on the download page. Do not install a CurseForge addon for that.
The retail addon
CurseForge’s WoW Survivors is by muncheshadow, a retail addon with its own compatibility requirements. You pick a class, a map, and a difficulty, then level and loot inside the addon. It is not the browser client.
The other addon and the quest
Survivors: Azeroth by Darnias is listed separately for WoW Forever. Current version, download count, zone count and update date could not be refreshed from its public listing on 28 October 2026, so no current numbers are stated. Wowhead lists a quest named Survivor’s Guilt at level 80 in the Isle of Dorn. That quest is not a game mode.
What I checked
The public WoW Survivors listing was readable through a text mirror, which identifies muncheshadow and the class/map/difficulty loop. Direct CurseForge requests hit an access challenge. Neither addon’s current compatibility, download count nor update date was independently verified, so those figures are omitted.

Neither addon. Use wow.aethus.pl.
What client does the muncheshadow addon need?
It is a retail addon. Check its CurseForge Files tab for current client compatibility; this review could not refresh that field.
Is Survivor’s Guilt a mode?
No. It is a level 80 quest on Wowhead.
